Information you provide
Big Bend Rituals collects the information needed to create and secure your account, process an order, deliver products, provide customer service, and maintain order records. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, order details, and account credentials. Passwords are handled by our authentication service and stored only as secure password hashes.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square. Big Bend Rituals does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Square may process payment and device information under its own privacy policy.
Privacy-first website analytics
We collect limited first-party events to understand which pages are useful and whether visitors add products to their cart, begin checkout, create accounts, or complete orders. Analytics records may include the page path, a broad traffic-source category, the event type, and a product or flavor identifier.
Our analytics system does not store IP addresses, precise location, full referring URLs, advertising identifiers, or browser fingerprints. We do not use this information to follow visitors across other websites.
Privacy signals
Website analytics are disabled when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal or enables Global Privacy Control. Necessary account, security, checkout, and order functions continue to operate.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and order fulfillment. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect the rights and safety of customers and Big Bend Rituals.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and transaction records for business, tax, legal, and customer-service purposes. Limited analytics records are retained for performance reporting. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
